We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

• Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Certain goods (e.g. opened cosmetics/hygiene products for health protection reasons) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal as permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
