Return Window
15-Day Return Policy
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Important — Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: skincare products with broken seals, hair dye products, opened deodorants, and any product marked "Final Sale" at purchase. Please check product descriptions carefully before ordering.
