Overview — Our Commitment to You

At EdaGross, we take quality seriously. Every product is officially sourced from verified brand manufacturers, and we inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are fully committed to resolving it swiftly.

This policy applies to all orders placed through edagross.com and covers both B2C customers and registered B2B wholesale partners.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival
  • You received the wrong product or wrong quantity
  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is included
  • Return request submitted within the 15-day window from delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Items returned after the 15-day window has expired
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • Items without original packaging or missing labels/seals
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at time of purchase
  • Orders returned without prior written approval from EdaGross
Important: Do not ship any item back without first contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be returned to sender at their expense.
How to Start a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return request:

Contact us at info@edagross.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Send photos or video clearly showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This helps us resolve your case faster.

Receive your RA number. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization number if eligible.

Ship the item back using a trackable courier. Write your RA number clearly on the parcel. Keep your tracking number safe.

Refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Options

Once your return is approved and the item has been received and inspected, you may choose one of the following resolution options:

  • Full Refund — returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Store Credit — added to your EdaGross account for use on your next order (processed within 24 hours)
  • Replacement — we ship the correct or replacement item at no extra charge
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
B2B Wholesale Partners

Registered B2B wholesale partners are subject to the same return conditions listed above. However, additional terms may apply based on your individual wholesale agreement.

  • Bulk orders with partial damage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • B2B partners must report discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery for bulk shipments
  • Custom or special-order bulk items are non-returnable unless defective
  • B2B refunds may be issued as credit note or bank transfer per your account settings
